Founder’s Message
I founded Itchenor Construction Company after over two decades of delivering technically complex engineering and construction projects across the UK, Europe, and North America. Throughout my career, I have worked in environments where the margin for error is minimal: live healthcare facilities, manufacturing, transportation, remote extreme climates, large residential schemes and infrastructure programs under intense commercial and stakeholder pressure.
Through this experience, I developed an engineering-led approach to construction that prioritises early technical clarity, disciplined risk management, and calm, decisive delivery. I have often been headhunted for projects deemed challenging or failing, where complexity, regulation, or misalignment threatened successful outcomes. The consistent lesson I have learnt is that exceptional buildings result from thoughtful planning and decisive decision-making from the outset.
Now settled in Itchenor, my focus is intentionally local. Itchenor Construction Company aims to bring the same level of rigor, professionalism, and care to residential construction on the Manhood Peninsular that I have applied to major projects worldwide. Our goal is not scale; it’s quality, durability, and technical excellence.
